Victor Delacroix's painting "Crusades"

To get the discussion rolling, I want to address the first question raised in the book: “Why has Christianity done so much harm?”

This objection has and continues to be something that bothers me.  The injustices such as the Crusades, the Spanish Inquisition, and the Salem witch trials to name a few, left indelible stains on Christian church history.

  • Have you heard this objection before?
  • Have you raised this objection yourself as well?
  • What do you think of Greg’s response?

I cannot wait to hear what you all have to say!

LIFE Group at Fuddruckers

Like the burger Phil ate ... ginormous!

At our most recent LIFE group meeting at Fuddrucker’s, we sat around a table and discussed a few questions we came up with from our reading of “Letters from a Skeptic.”  We were not able to get through them all, so I would like to continue the discussion on this website.  I took the liberty of typing up the questions submitted to me and posting them as comments below.  So please read through the comments and share your thoughts/questions/feedback!
